All candles are packed in 5-piece packs (including Buy More, Pay Less purchases), except for our 3-pack options.

Orders usually take about 2–3 business days to prepare and ship. However, during peak seasons or for larger quantity orders, this timeframe may vary.

All shipments include tracking, and you’ll receive a notification once your order is on its way.

Each order is carefully packed to ensure your candles arrive safely and in perfect condition.

• Always place taper candles in a sturdy, heat-resistant candle holder that fits the candle securely.
• Keep candles upright at all times to prevent dripping or uneven burning.
• Trim the wick to ¼ inch (6 mm) before each use to ensure a clean, even burn and minimize smoke.
• Always keep burning candles within sight. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
• Keep candles away from anything flammable such as curtains, bedding, decorations, or furniture.
• Burn taper candles in a draft-free environment to prevent dripping and uneven burning.
• Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from edges where they could be knocked over.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not touch or move a burning candle. Allow it to cool completely before handling.
• Extinguish candles carefully, using a candle snuffer if possible, to prevent hot wax from splattering.
• Never burn a taper candle all the way down. Extinguish the candle when about 2 inches (5 cm) of wax remains, or when it nears the holder or any decorative element.
• Avoid burning candles near open windows, fans, air vents, or areas with strong air currents.
• Only burn candles in well-ventilated areas to avoid indoor air pollution.
• Never use a candle as a nightlight or while you may fall asleep.
• Ensure multiple lit candles are spaced at least 3 inches (8 cm) apart to prevent them from melting each other or creating drafts.
• Always follow the specific burning instructions provided with your candle.

Important Note:

If for any reason the decorative elements catch fire, immediately extinguish the candle safely. Allow it to cool completely, then carefully trim the affected decoration to remove any burned or weakened parts. Afterward, you may relight the candle, but do so with extra caution and never leave it unattended. To avoid this issue, always ensure the wick is properly trimmed before each use and never allow it to become too long. If the decoration catches fire again, discontinue burning the candle for safety.
